Yoga for Fibroids

To do the pose: Stand tall with your feet together. Bring your hands in prayer and raise them up to the sky as you take a breath in. Then, fold forward by the waist and reach for your toes as you exhale. Hold this pose for 3-5 breaths.
Marichyasana III
This is a twisting pose that decompresses lower back tensions while stimulating all the internal organs within the torso, particularly in the abdominal region. It also helps increase the mobility of the spine.
To do the pose: Sit on the floor with your feet extended together. Bend your right knee and plant your right foot close to your groin. Take a breath in, then, bend forward, sending your right knee on the side of your body. Exhale as you twist to your right and place your knee behind your right shoulder. Interlace your fingers behind. Stay in this position for 3-5 breaths. Do the same process on the other leg.
